Philip is able to accept instructions directly from the legal departments of companies in the aerospace industry and law firms throughout the world, particularly from the United States.

Philip can provide legal advice, draft documents and appear on behalf of a client during negotiations and before courts and other tribunals. There will be certain circumstances when clients instructing direct may also need to instruct a solicitor as well, in these circumstances Kevin or Philip can explain in more detail and recommend a suitable and experienced solicitor if required.
