Button closure on the front, waist ties on interior. One hidden pocket on interior. There is staining on the underarm on the inner lining inside the sleeve. Difficult to see when coat is just open because you have to look into the sleeve hole. Measurements below: Size S about 53" long from shoulders 14" across shoulders 16" across chest
