Poor Satyr Enchanter had come and gone in Standard without a real home (although it lives on in Pioneer and Modern Enchantress builds), and it was going to take more than a couple of enchantments to make it come to life

First, Walking Ballista needs to have at least two +1/+1 counters on it (by paying four generic to cast it, ideally), and Heliod, the Sun-Crowned needs to be on the battlefield
The neat thing about Rat Colony though, is that it doesnt force you to only use other cards with the same name, you can fit twenty of them into a Rat-themed Commander deck and not have to worry about not having enough other copies of it
