布根地最知名的女性釀酒師，除了大名鼎鼎的Leroy與Leflaive之外，就屬Anne Gros最受到矚目。Anne保留葛羅家族不使用低溫浸泡的傳統，適度的溫度更利於萃取豐富柔美的香氣。但不同於其他家族成員，她也同時加入許多新的做法，包括不使用濃縮機，傾向短時間的發酵，更會保留一些葡萄梗增添風味。這也反映出Anne所種植葡萄優秀的成熟度與較淺的酒色，及優雅迷人的香氣。
