Collector Boosters are worth it if you specifically want foils, alternate art, showcase cards, borderless cards, serialized cards or premium treatments

Blue is known for being relatively bad at countering creatures in cEDH because so many of the cheapest blue counterspells dont counter creatures, as youll see in the rest of this list, so being able to counter legendary creatures (especially commanders, of course) is a really nice perk for Tales End
