Id personally place it among the 99 and not as the commander, but it can turn casting a couple of cheap multicolored spells into a great threat on the battlefield

This also can serve as a way to get a new hand as we can target ourselves when our hand is a real stinker and we're looking for the right half of our deck

You probably associate this with the Omnath, Locus of Creation decks right now, but I expect a lot of progress over the next few years in this sector of the metagame
